Doug was excellent! Not only did he explain things well , he did so in a very positive manner. He is easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to meet our need. Doug is very calm under pressure , which was nice as our basic deal had unforseen difficulties. Doug helped guide us through and get the deal done. I highly recommend Doug, and look forward to working with him again.

We were very pleased with Doug as our realtor in our home purchase. He was kind, honest and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about older homes and about all the steps and paperwork involved. He was also very accommodating to our schedule as we were coming in to Powell River from out of town and looking to fit showings into a short time frame.
