Good Equipment Terrible Service. I purchased a imprinter with a sealer and paid for mounting holes to be drilled. They did not drill the holes and when I informed them of this they have refused to respond. Despite speaking to them directly three times, emailing twice and leaving multiple messages, their only response has been "we will get back to you" which they have not done in over a month.
You can buy this equipment at other sites, I would recommend that you do
