It was a good company the first two years.then I felt like I was getting bullied by my latest dispatcher my daughter's is a terminal patient and I was getting chewed for wanting to be with her when she went into intensive care. My dispatcher would let me have it off then get on my case for being gone after he said I could get it off. I got tired of that BS so I quit and glad I did.
Love working for this company first company I started with when I got done with school at sage in Blackfoot and I don't plan on leaving
I take care of my son's daughter while he is on the road. Appreciate the time off for him when I go out of town. Enjoyed the Driver Appreciation Day this past Saturday. Element enjoyed the fun stuff; I got to meet some nice people too! Thank you! �
I have worked here four and a half years and I love it. I realy feel like part of the family . They make the extra effort to get us home when we need to and treat us very fair . I can't see myself going anywhere else for a very long time.
