We appreciate the flexible access to in-person or virtual court reporters. Their transcripts are prepared quickly upon request and are accurate. Their billing statements are provided timely and are easy to understand. Doucette & Associates is always our first call.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Douchette & Associated business in Vallejo. I'm a low income and there are not flexible with adjusting price for low income people to obtain a deposition copy. All I was able to get an appointment to get in order to review my deposition. During this time I felt like I was I'm jail. I was prohibited to take notes of deposition. I was watched and check every minute. Very bad customer service!
