Bought an SDM+ from Doucet via Hermance. Delivery & Driver = A+ Very accommodating Design of SDM+ = A Well designed for the most part. The regulator and gauge in an awkward location Paint Quality = C- Not great. Rattle can quality Quality Control = D Sharp parts that "slice" ... and rust on unfinished steel. I purchased NWR-8 Clamp Rack with 30 Clamps. The quality is so bad I can't even glue a 5ft tread .The tubes are bending and the clamps are all over the place not lining up straight . There are clamps missing weld and not even the same. I'm not sure if there is any quality control. I contact them about many times even that is almost impossible to get hold of someone, to find a solution and never got call back or resolve the problem. Very disappointed and very frustrated with. Purchased a new machine and paid deposit on Feb. 1. Was told 8week delivery. Was notified when inquiring about delivery that the machine was not started and would be another 8 weeks. That time frame has past as well with no commitment of delivery as of May 30th. Going into the 18th week since PAYMENT with no commitment of delivery. These people only care about getting the deposit. June 7th, Still no machine! June 11th, machine shows up with out notice.
