Appelé pour faire un rendez-vous et demandé un prix. La secrétaire me dit d' arrêter de crier lorsque j' utilise une voix tout à fait normale. Ne connait aucunement les prix. Me met en attente trois fois. Lorsque me revient après la 3e fois, je lui dit " J' ose pu trop parler si vous dites que je crie"... Me raccroche au nez! Si c' est réelement ÇA qui est votre porte d' entrée à votre cabinet, la business ne sera pas très bonne.
