Excellent service this was my and the hubby's first time trying this burger joint we will be back. Everything was fresh and hot & it hit the spot .. 08/29/25 we will tip next time
Been going here for several years. Today I ordered a cheeseburger combo. Got home and pulled out my burger to eat and it was really small and thin. No like them at all.Think McDonalds cheeseburger for example. I don’t know if they gave me the wrong order or what happened. Maybe just an off day? Idk. I never complain either. Then I got the fries and they were not seasoned. So disappointing. I wanted to check if they gave me the right order but they didn’t give me a receipt.
Foods pretty good. They put ice in their milkshakes tho.
The food did come out promptly, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. However, it took a while to even place my order. As workers passed by, none of them said, “Just a minute,” or “We’ll be with you shortly.” By the time we ordered and went to sit down, the tables were dirty. Again, it took a while to get a worker’s attention. When I finally did, I asked for a rag to clean the table. A worker came out and wiped all the leftover food and mess from the table onto the seats. It's been 10 years since I've been to Doublz and now that I live here permanently it will be my go to burger place. Also way better than in and out and the prices are amazing for the amount of food you get!
