Having someone take care of you that has known you your entire life is awesome the service at double vision was definitely double the fun best service by far
I absolutely love this place. I switched to Doublevision last year. I went the other for my second eye appointment. I have also switched my son here and his first appointment was in January. The service is top tier! Dr's. Story and Walker are amazing! Their receptionist has the best customer service! They take the time to listen to your concerns, give sound and honest advice and recommendations on your eye health. They ensure you are completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend them both.
Called to check the status of office accepting Medicaid patients. Receptionist was rude, lefted me on hold for over 20 mins, came back to phone, scheduled appointment, then before I could ask the cost to have an exam for my husband out of pocket, she rudely Disconnected the call. I called bk and did not get a answer so I know she intentionally Disconnected the call.
