Majestic views ruined by paper thin walls. This place has basically turned into a party spot where both underage guests and adults drink and smoke freely. The smell of weed lingers and management seems to do nothing about it. In addition, a catered event in the lobby blasted music loud enough to reach the third floor till past 10pm. BED BUGS!
I love the hotel, definitely worth going there for a vacation, and the complimentary cookies they give out to guests is the best And the view on the beach is great and peaceful I recommend visiting here for a vacation.
We had a very scary experience at this hotel, enough to make us never stay at a Double Tree again. After shopping on the boardwalk my wife walked back to the hotel through the back door. I was in our room with our 2 young boys, 2 and 5 years old. She had a very aggressive man approach saying to walk around, ok sure. She walked in through the front and the man ran up, wearing nothing but a tank top and necklace screaming in her face.
