Do not stay at this hotel!!! I was abruptly awoken in the middle of the night by a security guard who entered my room without consent, claiming there was no record of my stay. The hotel staff failed to handle the situation appropriately or offer any meaningful accommodation afterward. Completely unacceptable experience. Beware!
