Whoa. Arrived late this evening and the woman working was awful. First she told me I could just park out front if I could find a spot (I assumed because it was pouring out) or parking in a lot across the street behind the Virginia Gift Shop. I double checked that it was okay to park in valet because that was what all the signs in open spots said. She confirmed it was fine. Ok. Nice. Got in April 4th, 7th floor. Sand on floor, heat on 72 & it's about 78 outside, couple dirty towels. Probably can live with, but not Hilton clean. Pool opens at 8am, we were there at 9am. Got there noticed no towels in the area. I go to the front desk while holding my child. Conversation as followed. Guest- There are no towels in the pool area FD- Are you sure? For a Hitlon on the ocean it's lacking in so many areas. The indoor pool is NOT heated which at a cool 74 degrees was way to frigid to get in and that was on a 75 degree outdoor day. The shower heads are slow and water pressure is slower. Hot water is a not its lukewarm at best. 4 days and this was a problem no matter what time of day. The hotel does take safety cautions great must have a key card to work any and all elevators love this. The market is overpriced beyond overpriced. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just lacks amenities like a microwave or a air vent that sucks the moisture out of the bathroom after a shower which can make the room humid. But the view is to die for, especially with it being right next to the beach
