Zero stars. We had a very disappointing stay in room 102. Upon moving the sofa slightly, we discovered an appalling amount of trash and filth behind it—including old plastic bottles and debris—that had clearly been accumulating for a long time. To ensure this was addressed, we left the sofa pulled out so housekeeping would notice the area.
