Excellent service and facility. The restaurant is equal to most fine dining establishments and the chef is extremely talented. Service is incredible, the rooms are wonderful and everything is a high level experience. Not what I would expect in Lubbock but happy to be a regular. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, staff is amazing, can't say enough of how positive my experience has always been.
The bar area is fantastic!! Great customer service at check in
The rooms are nice but the way the hotel is designed they all circle around the main bar and lobby. So if you plan on going to bed early good luck alls you will hear is the echo of everyone at the bar drinking and laughing and being loud. I was ok the 5th floor and heard everything clear as day Checkout is at 11 am and they take this very seriously. I have been staying at this hotel for about 6 months when I’m in the Lubbock area. I got to know the management and staff fairly well. I’ve had two billing issues with this location within the last two weeks. I travel for work so I have to rectify their receipts for my expense report so it creates a hassle for me when issues occur. I’ve called the hotel at least a half dozen times on this particular issue and Hilton honors at least 4 times as well.
