The hotel is beautiful. The hospitality is even better. Que at the front desk is the nicest, friendliest and one of the most respectful persons I have met. He provides great and fast service, while doing it with a smile. The bar/restaurant is amazing, Maggie as a bartender is phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to any and all people!!!!!
Clean place to stay, staff are always nice and help when needed, bar has a great atmosphere, menu has some things you would not expect to see in Lubbock, but everything I had was excellent.
the room was very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is built around an open design with a bar/restaurant open in the middle to all the floors. This ends up making a lot of noise that echoes directly into the room. For someone trying to get rest, the noise can be a big problem. I was woken up at night by voices of people echoing throughout the bar area into my room.
