Issues with getting room cleaned. Front desk staff was very professional and nice.
We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament and overall the experience was very average. It falls into that not terrible not great category. The property has an older feel, almost like a throwback to the 80s or 90s. It looks like it has been partially updated and the actual room itself was not bad. Overall not a bad hotel, but not amazing. The location is very good, right in the middle of downtown. Parking was free and accessible. The free cookies and friendly staff at the front desk was a plus. The pool was broken, but the gym has good equipment. The hallways of the hotel were 80 degrees, but the room AC worked well. The room itself wasn't anything special. The cleaning service didn't really do anything except make the bed, they didn't even sweep or look too hard, because they missed the dead cockroach by the AC unit.... read more
