No shuttle bus operating last night and housekeeper knocks on every door to say “housekeeping” at 8am. Never coming back here. I am a Hilton gold and this was a motel experience at this hotel
Clean rooms and Great place to stay. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants and short walk to Four Winds Stadium
HORRIBLE!! They refused to extend any sympathy to a customer in need and refused even basic room service. Do NOT visit.
There were red flags from the beginning, which I should have paid more attention to. I recently stayed at this Doubletree as the preferred hotel for a dear friend's wedding. Anout 2 weeks before my stay, I called the hotel to reserve a pickup from the airport shuttle. The person I spoke with said he'd make the note on my reservation, but that the shuttle schedule wasn't open yet for that date and to call back to confirm a few days before arrival. OK.
