I called to confirm our reservation for this evening. When reviewing tge reservation I was informed that there was a $50.00 pet fee. I then informed them that my dog is a service dog and I am a USMC Veteran and that I will be happy to present his leter verifying this, I was then told it doesnt matter, it is their corperate policy to charge $50 even for service dogs. We were greeted as soon as we arrived at the front door, helped out with any questions right away, and offered warm chocolate chip cookies. The hotel was right across the street from the venue, Santander Arena. I would definitely recommend the Doubletree hotel in Reading Pennsylvania.
Beautiful hotel with great service! The bistro restaurant is an extra bonus! The breakfast buffet is to die for and very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend staying here!! 👍👍
