The elevator to different levels is owned by the city and rarely works.
I stayed twice between September 24-October 1 for a total of eights nights. The rooms are quite decent and have a large comfortable size. My largest concerns centered around security and service. Both times at check in I was never asked for ID, and even after forgetting my room key card no ID was requested. I tried during my first check in to provide ID and was told “I trust you” which is a major security issue - anyone can be claiming to be someone and receive access to a room. Breakfast was great. Dinner and wait service was bad. The train was a slight annoyance also
