False advertisement about complementary breakfast and pool has to much chlorine
I had a wonderful time at the doubletree hotel in Redding, Pennsylvania. The Berks Jazz festival was presented there. The Rick Braun and Richard Elliott concert was super fabulous. They did a great job. Also I like to commend the hotel while it was extremely busy. Everything flowed nicely, Although it was very, very busy a young man by the name of Jeremy took care of me. Horrible service this morning . Car broke down and i had no choice but to stay here. They we’re so ride in the morning. We didn’t get into the room until 4 am. They were banging on the door and refused to extend my stay so i could get my proper sleep. Plus they said they are a private place and my ESA couldn’t stay. Then i was accussed of smoking we’re when literally i spent the whole time sleeping. Like seriously they wouldnt even let me brush my teeth or make a coffee. They need lessons on how to treat folk .
