Wonderful experience here. Every concierge at the front desk was so helpful and kind.
We stayed at the Doubltree by Hilton in Reading for 3 nights and we were extremely pleased by the courtesy of the staff and the commitment to providing the best possible experience. From the warm cookies offered at check-in to the shuttle service to the gentleman who knew all of the best running trails in the area- everyone was uniformly helpful. The breakfast buffet had a broad selection and very courteous servers. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had recently.
Everything including staff was fantastic
We love the staff here. They are always accommodating and respectful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and feel relaxing. The restaurant "Cheers" is outstanding. The wait staff are friendly, kind and always seems to care and take care of your requests. We goto quite a few concerts across the street at the Santander Arena. It's great to park, and walk across the street. This had become a preferred choice for our hotel stays. We look forward to returning every chance we get.
