Even though the staff was super helpful and helpful, and the rooms were clean and quiet, I'm giving this hotel 1 star because the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I was not able to sleep for the two nights of my stay. As I'm writing this review, it's 12:30am and I've just taken a benadryl to try to knock myself out because the bed makes my body hurt so much that I can't fall slepe.
