Facts: There was only one set of towels in a suite room, there is no lamp or outlet on one side of the bed, There is NO soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, no one answers the front desk phone whether you call from the hotel or outside number, the television in the sitting room does not work, we requested more towels last night... had never stayed at a Hilton hotel with such poor quality, it was truly unbelievable. The room was not clean, and the shower drain was completely clogged. I had booked the room for three people, yet it did not have a full set of towels or bed linens. I went to the front desk in person to ask for the missing items, and the receptionist showed no willingness to help, even saying she “wasn’t sure if they had any.” I was shocked by the level of service. This hotel needs a lot of work. Front desk in the evening was very friendly and helpful, otherwise employees were not engaged. Room was honestly disgusting: moldy bathroom, stained carpet, broken lamps, stains on sheets, ripped chair in the corner. I have stayed here 5 times, each time is sub-par, will not stay again.
