Clean rooms with the usual amenities. The staff was pretty cordial. The location is not good. It's west of the airport and takes you at least an hour to get to downtown Chicago.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would came to this room for my birthday for a weekend my whole reason for a book in this room with to go swimming when we got there, we noticed the swimming pool was closed. There was no water in it. The man at the front desk said a kid put a flip-flop in there and blew the motor. They had the TV... read more

This Place is a Dump! The pictures on line do not show how warn down this hotel is. The lobby is under construction which is needed. The only thng I will say is the guy at front desk is welcoming and the chocalate chip cookie was good. Lets get to the room. The carpet in hallways were nasty and dirty. When I entered the room same thing carpet had a hugh soiled spot. The chair fabric in the room had spots all over I was scared to sit down . When I looked out the window it was a eye sore from all the construction. Do yourself ... read more

The website does not honestly reflect the conditions of this property. It is under major construction. The website advertises an indoor pool. The pool had no water so unless you want to swim on concrete I’d stay elsewhere. The website also explicitly states a breakfast buffet which is non existent. Neither bed had a blanket and we asked for on... read more

I will not comment about the facility itself it is pretty obvious that it needs renovation, however the very friendly staff is what keeps it going, Katrina you were amazing, very professional and representative, all staff members should follow your example. Thank you for making my stay more enjoyable.
