Just came for a quick overnight, but room was spotless, comfy bed. Quiet. When pulling up, it appeared empty, but parking is around back. Lots of people! Loved the warm cookie when checking in😊
I refuse to give this hotel anything other than a 1 star. This was by far the worst hotel stay that I’ve ever experienced. To start, when we checked in their “system” was down, and therefore had no documentation of my prior request that the two rooms I booked be connected. One of the only two elevators was broken, which was an absolute huge inconvenience as the hotel was very busy. Traecee, the front desk concierge here, is AMAZING! 👏 Talk about TOP NOTCH customer service! 🤩 We have a pretty large wedding party here tonight and she is on her game! Our room and the hotel is also superrrr clean, and the hotel is very pretty, too! Highly recommend! 😍
