Rooms were very clean and staff is very nice. I would suggest smart TVs for the rooms so guests can use streaming apps

The food in the restaurant here is very good. The front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. Room service was friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

After my recent experience at Doubletree, Doubletree as a whole is on my block list. When we checked in another guest came to front desk and was not able to access his room. The front desk staff member said over the radio " We have another guest with the same issue, they cant get into their room" That was our first Red flag and we should have canceled reservation. The room does not look the same as the picture , the pool either . Super hot in the hallways and in the pool area feel like a sauna . Just give dirty

We spent last weekend at DoubleTree for Hilton Fairfield as part of a large group that took over the hotel. Five stars all the way around. The staff from the second checked in on Friday afternoon until we checked out Sunday morning was first class. Each staff member we encountered throughout the entire weekend greeted us with a smile and was extremely responsive.
