Nice hotel. Been exclusively using Hilton brand for business for 4+ years and don’t have many negative experiences. The front desk experience leaves a lot to be desired in terms of accommodating working business folks who don’t know what’s coming so we book night to night. Don’t have this issue at other properties. They also refused to extend because of apparent smoking odor complaints. Never smoked in a Hilton room to date.

On previous occasions, we have visited this location multiple times; however, during this particular visit, the charge for a single evening through to the following morning amounted to $240, which we found none acceptable. Nevertheless, for any future visits, I plan to select alternative accommodations, particularly if they are promoting more favorable pricing online.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the hotel is right across the street from Target and Chick-Fil-A.

I am highly disappointed with this DoubleTree hotel and I only stayed here 1 night. First when I got here I the room was warm, no problem, I set the thermostat to 65 and I left for dinner about 7pm. I also put the complimentary water in the fridge. I came back from dinner at about 11:30pm and the room temperature had not gone down a bit it was still at a balmy 72.
