Love this hotel! The elevators are a bit confusing but it is always a nice place to stay
It’s nice, but it’s disappointing that you have to pay for everything extra — even water. You only get breakfast included if you pay 20 in advance per person, which is frustrating considering how expensive booking the hotel already was. Also have to pay 20 for parking. Felt like I couldn’t enjoy myself having to think everything I touched I would have to pay for! It ruined my stay and don’t think I’ll be coming back. Outstanding customer service. I had issues with the reservation that was my own fault. Izabella, at the front desk, was super helpful in getting it sorted out. She went above and beyond and ultimately got me squared away with a room. Much appreciated!
