Excellent location and service
I stayed here for a 2 day work trip and everything was amazing! The room was clean and very spacious. I reserved a corner room on floor 15 and the views were incredible. Every staff member was extremely kind and helpful! I had an issue with the AC and it was fixed immediately without having to switch rooms. I would definitely recommend doing valet due to the location of the parking garage. Overall, I will be staying here again for any work trips, great hotel!
Shame on you. I made a request for a room with feather free bedding months in advance. I called a few weeks ahead to confirm. When I checked in, I specifically asked if the room had feather free bedding. They assured me it was. It was not. I spent 48 miserable hours with a massive migraine headache. And to add insult to injury, no one even acknowledged this thoughtless error- much less apologized.
Great location.
