Was very disappointed when we arrived and found out there was no pool. That was one of the main reasons we picked this Hotel. Hotel was nice and had room service was really nice. Unfortunately we would stay again
This was the first time to Charlotte and to Double tree and the service was fantastic. Thank you to Kat, Adarian and Edwin Gallman. I am going to recommend to my friend to come and visit. I will also stay at Double Tree whenever I come back.
Better than I expected!
Im writing this review at 10:07 PM as I am unable to go to sleep due to the rager being thrown on the rooftop of this hotel, windows rattling, 0 chance of going to sleep until it ends at 11. Nevermind people having to get up early the next day. What makes it worse is the day was started being woken up at 9 am by a different party. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel unless you plan to rise early and stay up late while here. The best part is nothing is included, no parking, no breakfast, nothing.
