This place is okay. It’s a good location and everyone is very nice and accommodating. The hotel gives you nothing. It’s small rooms. No cups or any toiletries given. Just literally the bare minimum. There was a dirt spot on the bed. The bathroom door barely closes as the toilet is poorly placed. Usually Hiltons give better rooms. Just okay.
Great room! Biggest TV we have had at a hotel... water for the showers was nice and hot!! And the staff were very friendly and helpful! Great hotel with a can't beat location!! Amazing for events at the Spectrum Center!!
This location DOES NOT have a pool
Hotel is in a quiet area of the city, with nice grounds and pool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and greated warmly by Front desk with freshly baked choc chip cookies. Breakfast was ok. Close to airport, and shuttle service to and from provided. I would stay here again! If you are a Hilton Honors member the rate is reasonable.
