We offer nearly 6,000 sq. ft. of event space, including a grand ballroom, as well as a heated indoor pool and on-site restaurant and bar with live music. We’re five minutes from historic downtown Austin, the SPAM® Museum, and Jay C. Hormel Nature Center.

Hard to find the hotel. Room 261 smells like cats, needs an ozone treatment. Laundromat available (takes credit card). Manager allowed 1 pm late checkout. Bar served food (on a Friday) until 11 pm. Bar closes at 1 am (Fridays).
I'm come to find that in the game of life, the little things matter most. Open the door for a lady in need, leave two squares (four if single-ply) for the next fellow, and never let a warm cookie go cold. All these little wins shine bright at the Hilton DoubleTree. Here in Austin you will find cold pillows, smiling faces, and warm cookies. Don't let your memes be dreams, stay here on your next visit.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff was on their phones and looked disinterested in assisting. The individual that greeted me was barely able to be understood with the loud Friday night happenings coming from the bar/restaurant attached. No cookies were offered either lol. Rooms are recently updated, as this appears to be a recent conversion from a Holiday Inn. Our room was one that has a door that leads into the pool area. Was very loud late into the evening.
