The folks at the desk are super nice…. But this hotel has without fail consistently been the WORST housekeeping service I’ve ever experienced in my life… and I spend 40+ nights in a hotel each year. Unmade beds (let alone changed sheets), trash not picked up, towels left on the floor, filth in the bathroom (even on check in). If there were any other hotel options in this city I would stay at them for this reason alone. The inside facing rooms with the fluorescent lights also are depressing but I won’t hold that against them.

We are lucky to have such a nice hotel in Austin! I travel a lot and stayhere weekly! Always greeted with a smile and offered a warm cookie which I occasionally accept! Rooms have been remodeled and everyone I have stayed in are clean and in good working order! The on-sight restaurant is excellent with friendly staff as well! Ellie and Madison are terrific! Also Raul, Ashley and Kelly at front desk also exceptional! Wont stay anywhere else when in Austin and I recommend that for you as well!

Well I thought the location was actually much easier to access from I 90 and I certainly didn’t expect a Doubletree to be this low quality. the place needs a complete and total renovation

Overall this hotel was nice n clean. Cant complain.
