No idea about Rooms, Service or location. What I do know is that i canceled my trip within 4 hours because of a family medical emergency and was still charged the ridiculous one night stay plus fees. This is totally unnecessary. Hope you enjoy your money because that is the last dollar I will spend with you.
To start, I entered and said, “Hello. How are you?” and was greeted with “Good. Do you have a reservation?” No kindness or welcome at all. The other lady at the desk — presumably her superior based on dress, age, and demeanor — swooped in with cheer and offered me a cookie, which was delicious, although I’m surprised the default has nuts — a chocolate chip walnut.
