Ordered a chicken potato curry over rice. Rice was undercooked. Staff didn’t seem to know how to handle it at first but quickly replaced my meal with a smash burger instead. Staff was talking about the rice during my entire meal and not sure what was explicitly said. Then one of the staff started eating my food that I gave back???? Pretty gross eating after me like that.

I ordered the doubles since that is what they boldly named their business, however it tasted nothing like a dobles in my opinion. If you’re going to borough a dish from a culture, at least try to get it right. It looked like a doubles, but it lacked the Trini soul of a doubles. We also tried their chicken roti and it was a little bit better, but again it lacked the soul and flavor of a chicken roti.
