Had a Lochnivar hot water heater not even 5 years old spring a leak. This company was recommended by the original installer now out of business. Arrive on time the day scheduled, removal and installation went off without a hitch. However I was not left with a receipt, was told one would be emailed to me, which after two weeks has still not happened, nor has my check been cashed. Text to owner was not answered. So installation was good, after installation communication a ZERO.
