Didn't feel welcome. Was rushed. The owner didn't say he had an appointment to go to when I said I was coming to look at a vehicle to buy. Once I was there, he said I had to hurry to test drive as he looked at his watch 3 times while I asked him 2 questions. But he had enough time to ask me how I was going to pay without giving me the courtesy to look the vehicle over and take for a reasonable drive. Do not deal with Casey or Empire Cargo Trailers. He just wants your money, no regard for the junk he is selling. Drove 4 days to get a custom made trailer. The interior looks like crap because they missed over 50 screws into the studs and had to back it out and try again. Some spots they missed up to 5 times for the same screw. The ply board is not high quality they fill it with putty that cracks right away and looks like junk. The exterior screws fall out on there own. The exterior siding was done with out care, there's rip... read more
