I haven’t had the opportunity to use my mower yet but like always Double Ys customer service is top notch. This is the third mower purchase I have done at Double Y.
Awesome place. Jerry is great and very knowledgeable. Lots of Toro mowers out for sale and some ready to be built. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy one yet. Maybe this Spring. You've got unbeatable service when they'll come pick it up and drop off for your services free of charge. I think he even said they do the initial drop off free as well, but you better check with Jerry Check them out!!

This is an amazing business! When it was time to replace our old mower, I gave them a call (around 3 pm on a Tuesday) and the new mower was delivered by Tom at 8 am the next morning. Additionally, Tom went the extra mile helping us get comfortable with our new mower. Would definitely recommend! Thanks, Double Y!
