Genuinely awful, definition a chop shop. Sliced my finger open, no apology and paid $85 for nails that either broke off or peeled in a week and a half. No matter how convenient this location is for you, it’s not worth your time, money or pain level.
This place is so unprofessional and their work is cheap for how expensive the prices are. They didn't do proper cleaning of my nails before applying the acrylic, all the corners of my nails arent filled properly so you can see the plastic showing where they added the fake nail tip on. My polish is also not covering all the corners and with that being said the acrylic was pushed all the way to my cuticles that now when they grow out it wouldn't be a nice blend there will be a hard line. Honestly this has been the most disappointing nail salon that Ive ever been too. I had showed a picture of a desgin of a flower for the tech to accomplish and it completely looked like a 12 year old did it, it was pretty embarrassing to see for a licensed nail tech ngl. If you cannot accomplish a desgin then it's your job as a nail tech to voice that to your client... A few of my nails are longer than others and I have bubbles in the paint so thats annoying to look at just a unpleasant reminder of how much I paid for this! 8... read more
