I drive a long way to go there...I dont mind. I dont question my bill. I found them, they didnt find me. They remember me. I always leave happy. I've gotten parts by carrier from double tuff. I've also gotten advice for what I was working on at the time from them. The only way I'd go anywhere else is if I was on the road and had a problem.
Pulled up today needed one arm replace on my tarp said they can only sell me the arm and not put it on for me. What kind of tarp place is this? Its a 30 min job . Had to put it on by myself. Very disappointed .
Josh is helping us out in a major way by doing the tarp the same day right in the middle of a really busy month💯💪🏾
Have used Double Tuff many times in the past for repairs and new installs and generally very satisfied with everything. Recently bought a dump truck with an electric tarp system that needed some repairs. Extremely pleased with their thought and effort to improve what it had and have it ready for future tarp replacement upgrades. This was beyond what I was expecting to get back when I picked it up. 👍🏼👍🏼
