Amazing condos at a very affordable price. Has got a good pool as well.
If you like your dirt being cut once a week, and water shut off more than that, this is the place for you! As of May 2024, rent is around 630/month, so not sure what I expected... maybe grass?

BEGGING for an inside renovation, things are falling apart, dirty, moldy, smells like cigarettes in my room all day everyday and the smell gets on my clothes (i don't smoke). Also, woke up one morning to a lady telling me im gonna get towed if i don't move my car right now (8am) because they were gonna begin construction outside. Every morning I wake up to someone outside at 8am banging around doing construction with tools having NO CONSIDERATION for the residents (students) who may be asleep or studying.
