Max was excellent. I needed carpet cleaning right away because my usual cleaner was unavailable, and they were able to schedule me for Saturday morning. Our carpets were in really rough shape, with heavy stains from two kids and a dog. Max pretreated the worst spots with a fresh citrus-based stain remover, then deep cleaned the whole house with a truck-mounted steam cleaning system. after another carpet cleaning company mixed up our appointment and never put us on the schedule, i contacted Double Time Carpet Service for help with our carpet cleaning. We had already moved the furniture and had everything ready, so the quick response really mattered. david let me know he could handle it and gave me a clear arrival window. He called with an update when he was running just a few minutes behind, which i appreciated because the communication was honest and professional. The carpet cleaning service turned into... read more

A few deep stains had built up that I could not remove on my own, and I honestly thought I would just have to live with them, but David treated every trouble spot with care and got them out. My carpets now look fresh, bright, and very well cleaned. The whole service felt professional from start to finish. Communication before the appointment was clear and helpful, and the work was done t... read more
