He was friendly and let me know to be careful when walking from the damp carpet onto the tile floor because it could be slippery, which was really helpful advice. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. I also appreciated the reminder texts about the appointment and the notice when the technician was on the way, along with a photo ID. The price was fair too.
