We have used Double Time Carpet Cleaning several times for carpet cleaning and have always been happy with their professional and quick service, plus our carpets always look great afterward. On our most recent visit, I asked Jace if he could come as soon as possible to clean some very dirty sofas. He was able to stop by that same afternoon and spent hours working hard to get everything as clean as possible. my experience with this carpet cleaning service was really great! they cleaned my carpet so well—better than any other place i’ve tried. my white carpet actually looks white again! their customer service is also amazing, not just the cleaners but the folks in the office too. after they finished, my telephone stopped working and i wondered if maybe the cleaning machine had affected the phone jack. shawn from their team jumped right in and sent someone over to fix it quickly. everything was sorted out with just one phone call.... read more
double time carpet cleaning never ceases to amaze me. today was carpet cleaning and even though it was freezing outside, jace did an amazing job. i don't know why i waited so long to enjoy carpets that had been stained and full of dirt. max and team always do a fantastic job making carpets look fresh. it's always interesting to see how much dust and dirt they pull up with their powerful vacuum. i hardly ever write a review, but this company really deserves your attention! so pleased. always.
We had a great experience with Double Time Carpet Cleaning. Tyrone came out on short notice and was very polite, professional, and ready to work. He removed some tough food stains from my daughter’s room, cleaned our stairs, and made everything feel fresh and spotless. We’ve tried other companies before, but they never got our carpets truly deep cleaned like this. My husband noticed right away how clean and soft the carpets looked when he got home. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
