I first called them about some heavy spots and buildup on my carpet from a machine leak, and it looked really bad. A neighbor recommended Double Time Carpet Cleaning to me when i needed help with an older Persian rug that had pet odor and a heavily stained fringe. erick did an amazing job restoring it, and the fringe came back looking 100% clean.
