I certainly agree with some of these recent posts about the employees there.  It is a chaotic atmosphere for anyone who wants to consign.  They lost several of my items I came to pick up because they are too big a space to know what's where, and/or they are disorganized.  Yes, I did not get a good feeling from these people, although owner Suzanne tried to take care of me with a bit of an edge.  They are so tragically hip.  🤨 I would never consign things here again so beware!

As a customer, this is a fun place to shop.  Don't look for bargains on these re-sale items.  It's Santa Fe prices throughout.  My issue is being a consigner.  Double Take is very big and sprawling and, as a consigner,  if you come in to pick up items that don't sell, don't count on them to find it!   I lost several items because of their chaotic system.  They lost my stuff. I would never consign things here again.

I wish I could give this establishment a zero but that is not an option. When I walked in, there was no acknowledgement. There were ladies that saw when I walked in. Made my way through the store and finally went to the counter to pay. My purchase was over a $100.00 worth of items. There were two clerks that worked on my check out. The second clerk took my funds and did not give me the large bag I purchased for my goods.
