HORRIBLE PLACE! I was hired as a server there in April 2014. I hadn't even been there a complete month & they fired me. Yes, I made a mistake. I ordered a "Tuna Melt Sandwich" for a customer, who had actually wanted a "Tuna Melt Panini". I quickly ordered the correct food, put a rush on it, and DISPOSED of the food that had sat in front of my customer for a good 30 seconds while I passed out the remaining food to others at the table. DIDN'T RATE THIS DUMP ZERO STARS because the website would not let me. After being seated, we felt bad for the employees when they told us that this diner had to cut back on its business hours. THE WORST RESTAURANT IN BEL AIR! They don't even deserve one star. How can you ruin a simple pancake breakfast? This diner managed to do just that over the weekend. As if the food was not bad enough, the place was filthy, and the wait staff was rude. My husband caught our waitress drinking out of my glass before delivering it to our table, and she looked like she had the flu bug. Good luck telling Nick (the owner) because he will do nothing about it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
Gee, I remember when the Double T Diner first came to Bel Air. It was anxiously anticipated. The waiting line used to stretch out the door. You don't have to worry about lines now, you can go right in and get a table. The servers/wait staff are certainly an eclectic group (not that there's anything wrong with that)
Never going to eat here again! Not only was the service super slow, but the food was horrible when it arrived. There was hair in my food and the others were burnt and overcooked.
The Double TT Diner in Bel Air, MD used to be good. Now the quality of the food is only fair. I have had two salads there recently that I actually had to take out the white core of the lettuce from my salad bowl. One was the side salad, so it was semi okay. the other was a meal salad, for 10.95, hello, for a Greek salad with chicken on it. Yikes. Have always had positive experiences at the DoubleT. Prices can be a little high, but you get plenty.
The service was slow and just the worst. Brought the wrong orders, forgot the kids food, hot foods were cold, cold foods were room temp. Forgot to bring our dinner rolls and when we asked for them we were given a basket of rolls that had mouse poop right under the rolls. We were given food from another table. When we finally said that's it we gathered our kids and went to the register to pay and we calmly voiced our complaints.
