I tried calling Double T Contracting today and the person who answered the phone — I believe his name was Tim — disconnected the call while I was still speaking. He didn’t greet properly, and his tone felt like he was irritated or being forced to even pick up the phone. Very unprofessional experience. A company should at least have someone who can handle calls respectfully.
