Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? I Already Have Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Excellent Hospital, I use to work there and still take my animals there. Dr. Campbell knows what she is doing and has the patients care at heart and will go above and beyond to save them. Everyones entitled to there own oppions,

I dropped my dog off before heading to work because she had hives so that they could keep an eye on her and make sure it didn't get worse. I asked them to please call me if she gets worse and to do whatever they needed to to. After not hearing from them, I called around lunch time and was told shes "doing fine". Imagine my surprise when I arrive after work to pick her up and she is covered in even MORE hives, skin is bright pink and she's freaking out. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Average Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They had a couple ... read more
