We were told that our stray cat was pregnant and should have kittens in 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks without kittens, we scheduled the cat to be spayed at a different clinic. They told us the cat had already been spayed and had the tattoo and incision mark. This is Veterinarian 101.

Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated. Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug. Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate. Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care. Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes

I was to meet the doctor and she wouldn't come out to the waiting area to speak to me. Instead she sent a tech. If I wanted to speak to a tech, I would have asked for one. My questions were not answered, and the dog was not ready when promised. Things were not done correctly that had been discussed, no attention to detail. I'll never go back!

Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Some were answered Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!
