Stephen and Hector came out to fix the air conditioning and quickly determined the issue. The system was running like normal again in no time and their service fee was very reasonable. It's always a pleasure to find service professionals who do great work.

Our only two year old A/C system installed by a different company went out unexpectedly. Formerly being an office manager and dispatcher 10 years for HVAC companies I know the norm is to get in the door and sell, often things you don’t need and charge an arm and leg for any work done. Double S is the first HVAC company I’ve encountered that doesn’t do that!!! Tech arrived within one hour of call, even though it was after hours. They were transparent with pricing and pricing was very reasonable. The tech was professional in manner and appearance. He quickly fixed the problem. In an industry known to be rife with fraud and deceit, it’s nice to see a company that does things the right way. Thank you Double S and thank you Drake!.
