Our only two year old A/C system installed by a different company went out unexpectedly. Formerly being an office manager and dispatcher 10 years for HVAC companies I know the norm is to get in the door and sell, often things you don’t need and charge an arm and leg for any work done. Tech arrived within one hour of call, even though it was after hours. They were transparent with pricing and pricing was very reasonable. The tech was professional in manner and appearance. He quickly fixed the problem. In an industry known to be rife with fraud and deceit, it’s nice to see a company that does things the right way. Thank you Double S and thank you Drake!.
Our AC started having problems at 8:30 on a Friday night. I called the original company that replaced the full system 3 years ago because it should have been under warranty, but I did not hear back from them. My next stop was to reach out to Stephen and see if he would be able to look at it over the weekend so we didn't have to get a hotel and board the pets.
