I was a customer for 15 years. No more. This place is now actively stealing your money due to the little business left. I just paid $5k for an obvious pcm issue diagnosis. They replaced parts without my approval and treated me like an idiot. Shame on this business and the people that work there. Absolutely robbery. Labor rate is $173 for inexperienced people. Waisting your time and money. Sad. Just sad.
Absolute horrible experience, communication is not there and she sighs every other time I ask a question, be a little more professional....
