I’m still posting this even though the deal didn’t go through. I’ve had a lot of experiences of going to a dealership and always leaving with a sour taste in my mouth. I have to say the experience I’ve had with Double R Cars and more specifically Isssac is what buying a car should feel like, especially used ones. I recently bought a highly-lifted 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 37” tires from these fine folks. While it would’ve cost me a fortune to replicate this rig, I received a VERY capable, yet street legal, rock crawler for a very fair price! It’ll reach 80mph on the highway but the pucker factor really kicks in articulating on a highly technical trail at 1 mph, where it’s been twice now. Thank you Double R Cars for a very pleasant buying experience! For me, the two R’s in Double R stand for “Really Reasonable”.
Double R Cars had a Tacoma that seemed perfect for my son. I called and text with them and got the carfax. They were so nice to bring the truck out to me to do the test drive as I’m 45 minutes from Addison, work a full time insurance brokerage, and have to pick up kids from school. I’m swamped with our schedule, but they drove the truck out, let me buy it right then and everything went so smooth. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
