Very friendly and helpful. Kept us in the loop about the wait time for parts and when it was time to repair the vehicle they did it extremely well and in a timely matter. Would use DOUBLE R AUTOBODY LTD again.
After waiting nearly a year after being booked for repairs through SGI, the work took more than twice as long as I was told it would, which is to be expected at a body shop, but what bothered me is that they had to drive my car to Regina to get a headlight calibrated because they didn't have the proper equipment. The main reason I got the work done in Melville was to avoid an unnecessary trip to Regina, so I wish they would've mentioned that at the beginning, but oh well.
