The workers are abused through swing shifts & treated like product by management. The absolute worst culprit is Felicia Shaw! If workers are treated so badly I doubt customer service can be much better.

I was refused service at 8 and 49 in ruleville because I didnt have a mask on went right down the road on 49 to the other double quick with no mask and got service

Great food and the employees are friendly
If you leave Double Quick hungry and low on gas then you've got a problem! They fill you up - cheap and delicious and awesome!
Management team went over and above to help with an issue involving leaving a high value item at the gas pump. They secured it, communicated they had it, then shipped it. I was kept informed throughout the ordeal. And great coffee, always hot and fresh! (definitely not that watered down “gas station coffee” you find at other places!)
