Took my car to Double One Smash Repairs to get some minor damage to front bumper repaired. Job was completed quickly and at reasonable price. Overall happy with the finish and service provided by Ian and his team.
Ian has ruined my Volvo V60. The finish is like sandpaper and orange peel. There is so much rubbish trapped in the paint that I wonder if he has painted the car outside the workshop on a windy day. Also Ian is very rude. When I complained about his job, he became upset, immediately walked in his workshop and left me standing outside. Then he asked me what do I want it is 13 years old car (implying that my car is rubbish). Which is unjust, discriminatory and completely unacceptable.
