I have a Tracer 700 which needed a full service and valve clearances. I was recommended to Double O and was very impressed. The booking in system, the communication, and the attention to detail was A1. The owner is a knowledgeable mechanic and a pleasure to deal with. The bill was itemised and reasonable. Sean is polite and easy to deal with, and performs work to a high standard. I had some tyres fitted, and during the process Sean noticed some corrosion on the wheel beads. He cleaned this up to prevent me having any issues with air leaks at no additional cost. He also helped me carry the wheels to my car. You can tell he takes pride in his work from the clean and well organised workshop. I'm very happy with my new tyres, and I would definitely use Double O again.
