So I was driving on a pretty busy road and I heard a loud pop from outside my car, then a few seconds later my tire sensor went off. I pulled over and one of the tires was completely flat. I called AAA and a Double N tow truck came very quickly. The driver (his name was Ish) was extremely helpful. Wonderful service!!
This evening I had to have my SUV towed from a store parking lot to my house ( dead starter), ISH was my tow specialist, and he was the absolute BEST. He was on the scene well before the time quoted by Triple A. Ish was courteous, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. If I’m ever in this sort of situation again, and need a tow, any tow specialist that arrives on scene will be compared to Ish. Thanks again, Ish- I appreciate you!
