Incompetent and unresponsive Prop Mgr – Double LL was our property manager for the home we owned in Forest Lakes. Leisa is completely understaffed to do a good job for you. It takes forever to get a return phone call. We had to chase her down monthly to get our check from the rent. We rarely got an accounting of our expenses in a timely fashion.
