Dr. Laura is awesome! She's handled some incredible problems with several of our pets. Each time it was done with kindness and caring for both animal and human. It's great to have her in Medicine Lodge.
I have taken several dogs and cats to Double L for various services ranging from boosters to spay and neuter. I've never had any bad experiences, but I'm taking one star away because I have never seen the kennel and don't know how accommodating it is or is not. It would be reassuring to be taken back to the kennel, as opposed to having the pet brought out front to me. Just my personal opinion.
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I TOOK MY MALE CAT IN TO GET FIXED AND LEFT HIM OVER NITE WHEN I WENT TO PICK HIM UP HE WAS IN A CAGE WITH NO POTTY BOX NO WATER OR FOOD AND LESS THAN 2 FEET FROM A DOG THAT KEPT BARKING AT HIM HE WAS VERY FRIGHTEN I PUT HIM IN HIS CARRYING BOX AND HE USE THE BATHROOM ALL ON HIS SELF PLUS WHEN I GOT HIM HOME HE HAD THIS SCARED LOOK IN HIS EYES WENT UNDER THE COUCH AND WOULD NOT COME OUT FOR DAYS NOT TO EAT OR DRINK WATER AFTER 4 DAYS HE FINALLY CAME OUT AT NITE WHEN WE WERE IN BED BUT O... read more
