I called for a warranty issue on a water heater. This mama is not showering in cold water. Same day they showed up and had us fixed quickly. By far the most friendly service we have ever received from a plumbing company. I will definitely call them from now on. Blow away by the amazing customer service from the time I called until the tech came out.

I previously had Double L replace a water heater with a very good quality new one. Today they replaced a leaking outdoor faucet. I like the quality of products they choose to use. Now they're going to replace a 20 year old water softener & whole house water filter for me. I like the quality of their plumbers--in my experience, they are very trustworthy. I'm a very satisfied repeat customer.
