At the start while working the grand opening at Double Knot, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the work culture—particularly under the management of Jovan—has been disappointing he lacks respect for employees' time and contributions. Jovan often speaks to staff in a dismissive and condescending manner, which creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment. Murat was incredibly helpful in educating us on different types of rugs and what would work best for our apartment. We walked in not knowing anything about rugs and he patiently showed us around and took the time to explain the options. Payment was easy and he arranged delivery as soon as the same day. His prices are very fair considering they’re all hand-knotted imported rugs.

We have worked with Murat Kupcu from Double Knot on many projects over the last 15 years. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Murat creates and sources gorgeous, high-quality rugs and textiles from all over the world. He has an incredible depth of knowledge and beautifully curated range of antique and newly crafted works. I highly recommend Murat and his team.
