I purchased a loader at auction from Ken last fall. He is courteous and prompt. My shipper lost a couple small brackets so I reached back out to Ken. As always he worked with me to find a couple of replacements and shipped them right away. Ken is a no bs, get it done kinda guy that goes out of his way for his customers. Looking forward to getting some more equipment from Double K in the future!
Bought a loader from Ken in a auction, was delivered yesterday....Was EXACTLY as listed, looked better in person than the pictures. I was very pleased with the entire process, excellent communication, superb customer service. A true joy to work with, Thank you Ken and Vicki. Just wish it were a bit closer.....
