Booked RV site over the phone 2 month ahead of time. Customer service asked what we needed I said 30amp power and water. Get to location check in and get our site. power is a shared pole about 100ft away. I called the office she had me go to " town hall". I informed the gentleman that there was no adequate power her told me to use an extension cord. I said there wasn't even a 30amp outlet only 15 amp standard ones. My wife and I purchased golf certificates that were advertised to specifically play the Arthur Hills Thoroughbred Golf Course. When I called to make our tee time, I mentioned that I had the coupons. When we arrived at the course, we unloaded our golf clubs & carried them to the clubhouse. Upon checking in for our round, we were told they had us scheduled at the Grand View course and were assured that it was a quality course, but that we would have to carry our clubs back to our car, load them up, and drive a few miles up the... read more

Family had a fantastic experience- we came during some off times- even with being short staff occasionally everyone was friendly, courteous and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. Jocelyn and America- were particularly helpful adding to our overall experience and feeling welcome.
