We ran into John at a local NAPA store where he volunteered to help us. We were literally stranded with our broken down pontoon trailer; with our only option to pay an arm and a leg to get the problem fixed. He put our tire on with the new bearings and proceeded to check all other bearings on the trailer to make sure we were in a safe position to drive. There need to be more people like him in this world (kind, generous, etc). Thank you so much, John!
