Terrible unsafe driving on I5
Severe poor communication. Never returns calls. Rescheduled with less than 24hr notice. I’m not going to get Into the details. But be weary This company does not have good communication. Or care about you as a customer
Had a great expirence with jamie he showed up on time. Left and got a part and returned all in the space of a couple hours and completed the fix. Jamie made sure the fix worked and my appliance turned on. It was a great expierence over all.
Tylor Jones came to my rescue from Double J he is professional and did a great job and cleaned up after the work. He is going to get back with me on some other issues I have with some work another electrician had done that I was not happy with. Thanks again Tylor.
Had an issue with Spectrum that they said were power issues. Tyler and Josh came and fixed the grounding which they suspected was the issue. Spectrum came back to hook me back up and it still didn’t work. Tyler and Josh quickly came back to troubleshoot. They are the best!!! Angels on earth. Very knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably priced, professional and friendly. There is a reason Double J has a good reputation. Use them for all your electrical needs.
